Step-by-step Keasy Onboarding for Landlords

Step-by-step Keasy Onboarding for Landlords

Welcome to the revolution!

When you decide to join Keasy, both you and your tenants will experience top-of-the-line service, all handled according to your instructions and preferences. To provide this white-glove concierge service, our first step is to understand you, your property, your management strategy, and your tenants.

To begin, connect with our onboarding care team. Their mission is to ensure your onboarding process is smooth and flawless, enabling us to serve you and your tenants exactly as you wish.

The onboarding process consists of 3 steps:

Step One: Define Your Management Rules

Share your contact information and instructions for when you're unavailable.

Specify which services you want on "auto-pilot" and which aspects of property management you'll handle yourself. Let us know which vendors you prefer for each issue, your pre-approved budget, and when you want to be personally involved.

Once this step is complete, we'll serve you according to your standards and budget.

Step Two: Tell Us All About Your Property

This step is crucial for handling your matters properly. We need comprehensive details about your property, including legal ownership, insurance status, utilities, roof age, maintenance history, laundry facilities, fire safety plans, and more.

The better we understand your property, the better we can serve you and your tenants.

During this phase, our team will obtain all necessary access, take photos, and install key boxes strategically.

Once this step is finished, we're prepared to manage your property at the highest professional level.

Step Three: Connecting with Tenants

Now, we're ready to introduce our services to your tenants. We'll leave a welcome letter and a small gift at their door, followed by an email.

Once this is done, your tenants can contact us for any matter, and we'll have everything we need to address their needs per your instructions.

Step Four: We’re making things easy

From that point on, we've got you covered. Your tenants receive 24/7 monitoring, and you can also forward any property-related letters, emails, and calls to us.
