Are you a technology company or a property management company?

Yes 🙂 , you could say we’re a little bit of both. We use automation and AI to be hyper-efficient, which allows us to focus on the human touch when it’s needed most.

Can I really use my own vendors?

Yes! We can dispatch any vendor you choose, as long as they have the relevant certification and requirements  for the job. You can onboard your own vendors, and/or we can find vendors for you - it’s your choice.

Where do you operate?

How do you handle rent payments?

With Keasy, rent payments from your tenants go directly to you. We offer tenants an online payment option and encourage them to use it. If a tenant chooses to pay by check, we will deposit the funds directly into your account.

How do you handle property bills?

At Keasy, we maintain a clear separation between your income, your expenses, and service charges.

- We never deduct our service charge or any expenses from your income. You receive the full rent amount collected - no exceptions.

- With complete transparency, you can review all bills, approve large expenses in advance, and select your preferred vendors.

- If desired, we can securely store your payment information and assist with vendor payments as needed.

What about utilities?

Owner-Paid Utilities: If your property has owner-paid utilities, we ask that you set up auto-pay directly with the service provider and provide us with the account numbers for our records. Ideally, add your Keasy account manager as an authorized user and include our email on the account’s contact list so we can monitor and assist when necessary.

Tenant-Paid Utilities: These are the tenant’s responsibility. If a tenant fails to pay, we can support communication and collections. All you have to do is monitor the account and notify us if assistance is needed.

How do you handle late payments and evictions?

We can handle everything from late rent notices to physical eviction if needed.

Can you find new tenants for my property?

Absolutely! This is one of our most popular services. Lease-up costs $950 flat and includes:

- Creating a marketing package with pictures and a 3D tour

- Posting the listing on the market

- Answering leads

- Scheduling tours

- Screening applicants

- Executing a lease once an applicant is approved

Absolutely! For larger portfolios, you get a designated account manager who will tailor our package to your specific needs. Contact us to learn more about these options.

OK, I’m in. How do I join?

The first step to joining Keasy is completing our online onboarding form. This typically takes 10-15 minutes.

- Upon completion, you’ll receive an email with a list of required documents and a secure link to upload them.

- We will schedule an onboarding call with you to review your property details, service preferences, vendor lists, and anything else we need to know to serve you better.

- Once onboarding is completed, we will notify your tenants about the new service, and from that moment on—you’re in!
